Concrete Construction Expertise
At Prospect Construction, we have built a strong reputation as a premier concrete contractor. Our experience spans a wide range of structures, including underground shafts, water-retaining structures, buildings, bridges, and slabs. These projects have required deep expertise in formwork selection, thermal control planning for mass concrete, high-pressure concrete placements, and climbing form systems. Our team brings the technical knowledge and hands-on skill needed to execute any concrete project with precision and reliability.

Mechanical & Process Systems
Our very first project was a wastewater treatment plant, giving us a strong foundation in mechanical and process systems. Since then, we have continued to deliver complex mechanical work—from biogas and sludge systems to air and water process systems.
We are experienced in installing and fabricating all types of piping materials, including stainless steel, large-diameter HDPE, and specialty mechanical components. No matter the system, we have the capability, craftsmanship, and field expertise to build it.

Drafting
In-House Engineering & Project Planning
At PCI, we plan our projects thoroughly before stepping onsite. Our in-house CAD department develops detailed working drawings for our concrete, mechanical, and structural scopes. This proactive approach helps us identify potential conflicts early, protect the schedule, and streamline field execution.

We also leverage modern technology - including 3D printing - to model complex concrete lifts and structural elements. These physical models give our superintendents and crews a deeper understanding of the work ahead, improving accuracy, communication, and planning.
