King County developed an interim bus base which can dispatch between 90 to 126 buses, and provided all related services to manage and repair buses; including a new prefabricated metal building, bus lifts, electrical installations/services, lube/oil distributions system to the various bus bays, HVAC etc. The Work under this Contract was defined by the Contract Documents to be issued on a per Work Order basis. Work included site improvements; lighting, utilities, storm water retention, pavement, and striping. A large concrete storm water retention tank was built at the east end of the property. The storm water retention pond was filled in and used to stage the operation Modular Units. Project included enhanced landscaping as required by jurisdictions.

Metro’s Vehicle Maintenance (VM) Facilities are located in high activity areas that will remain in full operation during construction for all but the specific bays/areas were made available for work. The buildings and the Bases are controlled-access facilities. The Project included purchase and installation of Jib Cranes (4-total) at Ryerson Base, Central Base, North Base, and East Base Metro Transit locations. The one ton cranes were installed in the bus maintenance bays and ultimately used to exchange hybrid batteries off the roof of buses. The work included, but was not limited to, concrete foundations, electrical controls/power, relocation of vehicle maintenance service equipment, and fall protection installation.
West Point Treatment Plant Raw Sewage Engine Emissions – Seattle, WA

This project consists of constructing a new biogas treatment system, LAMBDA installation on four RSP engine drives, 3-way catalysts on four RSP engine drives, and site/civil improvements.


Prospect Construction Corporate Office

Prospect Construction developed and constructed its Missoula regional office (13,000 SF) and equipment shop (4,600 SF). The office features a structural steel system with exposed polished concrete floors, an elevator, CLT roof panels, balloon steel stud framing, and storefront glazing.
In addition to the vertical construction, Prospect developed eleven acres into five lots, with the office and shop located on two of those parcels. This project reflects Prospect’s ability to deliver integrated solutions, supporting projects at any stage of development—from early concept through final construction.
