RECOMMENDATIONS

As the Project Manager for a 30 acre site, building over 150 home lots, I have been sincerely impressed with Prospect Construction and their team (Bryce, LJ, Matt and Ryan).  They have been the most diligent contractor on my site, what they promise is what they deliver.  So far, the work they have done has been nothing short of perfect and they pull out all of the stops to maintain their schedule, while staying under budget.

Jeff Kreckman, P.M. / The Preserve at Illahee Springs

In my career of over 32 years in the industry I have never worked with a more ethical, dedicated, detail-oriented and customer-focused group of professionals. They regularly went the extra mile to get the job done right and on time, and were very pleasant to work with in the process. I look forward to working with Prospect on future projects as often as possible and thank you for the success of the base-bid work at Picnic Point.

JOHN WRIGHT / SENIOR PROJECT ENGINEER / VANIR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, INC.

Prospect Construction was a great partner for a significant expansion of a Southwest Washington drinking water treatment plant. Their workmanship, speed, and responsiveness were great and I would readily use them again for a construction project.
